Our idea to portray the satirical aspects within Haroun and the Sea of Stories was composed of Pokemon cards. The goal was to focus on the caricatures of the character's personalities. Pokemon cards were the perfect choice because on them, they describe strengths and weaknesses along with other descriptive aspects. Needless to say, this was the first time I had to make a Pokemon card. This project was actually slightly out of my comfort zone because I knew next to nothing about Pokemon cards in general. That was slightly frustrating because the rest of my group knew what certain symbols meant and I had to turn to google frequently. 

    Considering the design spec requirements, our project was exceptional. It portrayed comedic beauty with our unique caricatures and attacks. We made it relevant by introducing satire in a more relatable way to aid in the understanding. Our project pricked our audience and in result, left an easy way to remember satire in a humerous way. The category in which we exceeded had to be originality. Pokemon cards haven't been popular for a decade it seems and the fact that we brought it back for an educational purpose is something that not many people would've thought of. 

    Looking into future projects, I definitely would like to voice my opinions and ideas a little more. While the Pokemon cards were a group effort and we each contributed, the idea was thrown out there and we ran with it. Next time I would like to take more time within the brainstorming stage.
